Parish Council Meetings
Following a decision in the High Court it is not possible for virtual meetings to continue after 6th May 2021, therefore all meetings after this date will be held at Westmeston Parish Hall, unless otherwise announced. Agenda can be found on this site and on the parish noticeboard located at Church Corner.
The next Parish Council meeting will be on the following date:
Parish Council Meeting - Tuesday 9th September 2025 @ 6.30 p.m.
Members of the public have a right and are welcome to attend.
If you require paper copies of the meeting documents, please print them off and bring them to the meeting, as we are unable to provide these.
Members of the public may make representations, answer questions and give evidence at a meeting which they are entitled to attend in respect of the business on the agenda.

Westmeston Parish Council places all Minutes, Agendas, Reports, List of Members and contact details, financial information such as accounts, budget, annual return and external auditors Certification and responses to planning applications (see minutes) on the website. All these documents can be found under the Governance tab. Should any member of the public wish to see other items such as receipts for purchases or payments for works carried out at the Council’s expense, please contact the clerk and the item will be made available for inspection.
